Welcome to AssignmentHelpExpert.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Assignment Help Expert”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://assignmenthelpexpert.co.uk
) (“Site”) and the services we offer (the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or our Services.
- Definitions
“Client” means you or the person, company or organization who purchases or attempts to purchase Services from us.
“User” means any person who uses the Site, whether or not a Client.
“Assignment” means the academic work, task, essay, report, dissertation, project or similar that we agree to provide, help with, or complete for the Client.
“Deliverables” means the completed Assignment or other academic materials provided to the Client in fulfillment of the Service.
“Fee / Fees” means the charges payable by the Client for the Service as agreed in advance.
“Agreement” means the contract formed between us and a Client when we accept a Client’s order under these Terms.
- Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under UK law.
You must not use the Site or Services if doing so would violate any applicable UK law or regulation.
- Services
We offer academic support services which may include writing, editing, proofreading, research assistance, dissertation consultancy, etc., as described on our Site.
The scope of what we deliver will be set out in the order confirmation or agreement between us and you.
We aim to deliver the Deliverables by the deadline(s) agreed, but timeframes are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
- Ordering & Payment
To order a Service, you (the Client) must provide all required information (topic, instructions, deadline, format, etc.).
Fees are calculated based on the type of Service, academic level, deadline, word count, etc., as listed on the Site or as confirmed in a quote.
Payment must be made in full (or in agreed instalments, if any) before the Service begins (or as otherwise agreed in writing).
We accept payment via the methods stated on our Site. All fees are in [currency, e.g. GBP], unless otherwise stated.
- Revisions & Quality
If you believe the Deliverables do not comply with your original instructions, you may request revisions within a specified period after delivery (usually [e.g. 7] days). We will correct material issues free of charge so long as they are due to our non-compliance, not due to changed instructions.
Additional revisions beyond what was agreed or caused by change of requirements may incur extra fees.
- Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel an order before work has substantially begun. What counts as “substantial work” will be as per our internal policy and will be explained when you place your order.
Refunds may be available in certain circumstances (e.g. non-delivery, failure to meet stated requirements) in accordance with our refund policy.
No refunds are due once the Deliverables have been accepted and delivered as per the agreed specification, except in case of gross error or breach of contract by us.
- Intellectual Property & Plagiarism
The intellectual property rights (copyright etc.) in the Deliverables will pass to you once full payment has been made, provided that you have complied with all your obligations under these Terms.
We guarantee that Deliverables will be original (unless otherwise agreed), properly referenced, and free from plagiarism to the best of our ability.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Deliverables (e.g. submission to your institution) complies with any applicable rules or regulations (e.g. academic integrity policy).
- Client Responsibilities
You must provide clear, complete, and timely instructions. If your instructions are unclear, incomplete, or late, this may affect our ability to meet the deadline or specification.
You must provide any materials (e.g. sources, data) that are reasonably required and in compliance with copyright law.
You must use the Deliverables only for lawful and ethical purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, reputation, or business) arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if we knew or ought to have known of the possibility of such loss.
Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with any order or Service will be limited to the lesser of (a) the Fees paid by you for that order; or (b) an amount we otherwise agree in writing.
- Warranties & Disclaimers
We do our best to ensure that the content on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but we don’t warrant that material is error-free, complete, or current.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate our provision of Services (or your access to the Site) at any time, with or without cause, including if you breach these Terms.
Termination does not affect obligations already accrued (for example, payment for Services already rendered).
- Changes to Terms
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of major changes via the Site or by email where possible.
Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
- Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy (linked [here / in the footer]) explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using our Site or Services, you agree to that Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection law in the UK, including the UK GDPR.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or other jurisdiction, if otherwise agreed in writing).

- Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be struck out, but the rest of the Terms remain in force.
If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of that right.
